How do I care for my purchase?

What is your shipping and returns policy?

  • Work is sent via 2nd class signed for

  • All orders are processed within 7-10 business days

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days, but we always aim to get your purchase to you as soon as possible! Please allow additional days in transit for delivery

  • If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. If you ever need to get in touch with us regarding your order, simply head over to the contact page and our team will get back to you!

  • You will receive an email notification once your order has been processed with a tracking number

  • If you miss your parcel and the item gets returned to sender you will have to pay for the additional shipping back to you

Why are so many things so out?

I make small batches of ceramics, jewellery, and some prints or at least a limited run of prints.
Each one off print, jewellery piece and ceramic each piece is completely individual and one of a kind. I also stock in galleries. I regularly restock with pieces. The best way to find out about restocking is via social media and I will notify you when the product is back in stock. 

Can I special order a custom item or something that sold out?

You can but it has to be an item of a minimum of £190.00. Every item is individual so even I can remake a piece in a similar style but it will be completely individual and a stand alone piece of its own.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently not with all the changes due to leaving the EU but I hope  to in the future. 

Do you offer classes or workshops?

Yes! I will share info about workshops with dates on my website and via social media.

Are the glazes and ceramics safe to use?

All my clay, glazes, and finishes are professional materials that are lead-free, completely non-toxic, and food safe.

If there is a problem with my order what should I do?

Please contact me right away and see my return policy applies
If your order didn't make it in the post, ceramics are fragile! I will need to see a picture of the broken work. I will try and remake the work but with a reminder that all work is individual so I will try and recreate piece in a similar style but the piece I will be completely individual. If I can not remake the work I will offer a refund.
